Lettings Administrator £24,000 pa - Twickenham, Greater London - Excellent career opportunity for someone with lettings or property management experience Salary £24,000 pa Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:30 On going professional training to ensure you are fully up to date with the latest lettings legislation Extensive training programme to ensure long term career development Candidates should have good administration skills either from a lettings or property management background Great package of company benefits Please note you will need your own vehicle for occasional property visits In this exciting and varied role as Lettings Administrator you will be responsible for the tenancy progression of a high quality portfolio of local AST residential properties. As Lettings Administrator responsibilities will include: Maintaining regular communication with both tenants and landlords to ensure a smooth and efficient move-in for each tenancy Preparing and sending out tenancy agreements and other tenancy documentation Protecting deposits with the DPS Ensuring that all tenancies are compliant, and all documents are on the system prior to move in and key release Managing the end of tenancy/move out process Dealing with tenants references Coordinating and booking inventory checks Candidates should: Have experience of lettings or property management administration Possess excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail Have access to your own vehicle for occasional property visits Be keen to work as part of a team with a positive approach to problem solving Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages Display exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service Show strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner Be interested in changes in processes and lettings legislation Please apply by sending your CV as a Word document People 4 Property are acting as an employment agency
