This Payroll Officer position is working for a growing organisation in Slough, paying £30k Client Details This Payroll Administrator position is working for a pharmaceutical company based in Slough. Preparation of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll input for payroll vendor Collecting new hire/termination/variable data from HR Working with T&A exports Execute reconciliation for End to End payroll Maintain regular controls to ensure the completeness and correctness of data processed Preparing payment to Pensions / HM Revenue and Customs / Third Parties when required Dealing with enquiries from employees, managers and third parties to solve any issues Maintaining payroll archives Managing post commit tasks including but not limited to preparing excel files / payroll reports / reconciliations required by Finance / HR / Pensions / Third Parties Dealing with ad-hoc questions / data requests from the employees / managers / Finance / HMRC / Third Parties Tax Year End process preparation Completing audit requests Maintaining good relationship with internal and external stakeholders Integrating new payrolls due to business continuous growth Description This Payroll Administrator position based in Slough, will involve the following responsibilities: Prepare the monthly payroll Assist with post payroll processing activities Assist with employee queries Prepare year end procedures including P11d's, P60's and PSA returns Profile The successful candidate for this Payroll Administrator position based in Slough, will need to have the following skills: Previous Payroll experience Able to work in a fast paced environment Good communication skills Good Excel skills Attention to detail Able to work independently Can use own initiative Team player Job Offer This Payroll Administrator position based in Slough has excellent benefits on offer.
