Customer Service Administrator - £9.86ph - Birmingham - Insurance Company A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for an Insurance company based in Central Birmingham. Working within the pet insurance team to answer customer queries, mostly via email but also with some phone work. Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities: Working within the pet insurance team Dealing with and resolving customer business and product enquiries via email and over the phone Ensuring queries and questions are resolved satisfactorily Updating files and records Carrying out ad hoc administrative duties The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a with a Customer Service focused team as well as providing administrative support.
