This fantastic Primary School located in Harrow, North West London is looking to appoint a top Teacher for a Year 3 Class starting September 2020. Located in Harrow, North West London the school serves a local community of working class families with a small proportion of children who have additional needs including EAL and Special Needs. As the new Year 3 Teacher you’ll be based in a large and well laid out school with a substantial budget to improve, the Headteacher has big plans to improve the school in the near future. Already established is an exciting, free flow Foundation Stage Unit, excellent equipment in the playground including a recently laid soft surface area, an excellent ICT Suite with wireless throughout the school, a superb library with new books, excellent resources and an experienced Librarian. For the right Year 3 Teacher the Headteacher will invest heavily in their future, they are looking for potential future leaders and would be willing to support you through numerous CPD courses and highly promotes aspiring ASTs Since taking over the Headteacher has set goals which they believe are achievable within the next 2-3 years and are looking for an outstanding Year 3 Teacher to come and join them. With a 3 year plan already in place all policies and procedures have already begun and are successfully being utilised. With no more than 30 pupils from September 2020, plus an experienced graduate Teaching Assistant you will become an integral part of these children’s lives, you will be expected to continue building on the foundations that have already been implemented within the class and with your own unique, fresh and enthusiastic approach you will be instrumental in raising your students achievements in every area. As this school is located in Harrow, North West London the Headteacher is offering an excellent salary package, including TLR for those wishing to take on extra responsibilities. The Headteacher has stated that they would prefer an experienced Year 3 Teacher but will consider a NQT as long as he can see you have the potential to be outstanding.
