Service Controller

Position: Service Contoller Location: Hyde Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Hours: Monday to Thursday 18:00-06:00 / 46 hours Shift: Night Shift To manage the office, liaising with the Workshop Foreman to ensure a profitable, efficient & safe site that meets or exceeds customer expectations and STC targets. Responsible for office staff; quality, efficiency and the Health & Safety of the employees, visitors, workshops & site. The role involves: Planning the workload of the office & drivers to ensure customer requirements are met. Liaising with customers regarding service schedules, updates, authorities and completion of work. Raising of job cards, estimates & invoices as required and update status of jobs on the system in an accurate and timely fashion. Liaising with the Workshop Foreman to ensure that times booked to jobs are monitored and parts are ordered and available for the job at the correct time. Processing purchase orders accurately. Maintaining discipline in the whole site. Ensuring that the site is tidy, housekeeping standards are maintained and site is secure. Ensuring that all equipment is maintained in a proper fashion. Ensuring all Health & Safety arrangements are in place. Promoting Health and Safety within the depot. Reporting on the KPI’s for the depot. Undertake any reasonable duty specified by the Operations Manager & Company Directors. Hours: Hours Monday to Thursday 18:00 – 06:00. Salary dependent upon experience (£25k to £27k) 16 days holiday (shift worker) Company uniform provided Auto pension enrolment after 3 months
