We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of a team of HR Advisors as the first point of contact for HR queries. This role will play an important part of the new HR structure and will involve: Providing high quality and consistent advice and guidance to line managers and employees Coaching and advising on complex employment relations issues from start to end, creating an effective and positive employee relations climate Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation. Developing managers with skills, tools and techniques to manage employee issues Advising /reviewing company policies, procedures, processes and implementation Interpreting key HR metrics and data to identify patterns, trends and solutions Support the HR Manager in the delivery of HR change projects SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Substantial experience working as an HR Advisor Level 5 CIPD Qualified (desirable) Previous experience working in a commercial organisation balancing best practice while supporting the business.
