Overview
Ignata Finance are exclusively working with a highly acquisitive business located in Crawley for the recruitment of a Group Financial Accountant. You will be a newly qualified practice trained accountant seeking to make your first move into industry. Due to the nature of the role you will ideally match the following: Experience of IFRS Group consolidation Preparing statutory accounts VAT and Tax You will have ideally qualified within a practice (ACA or ACCA Qualified) and have experience of auditing companies (preferably SME’s) Key Responsibilities: Responsible for group consolidations and production of the statutory accounts Balance sheet reconciliations Accounting relating to M&A Tax and VAT duties IFRS Internal controls Lead relationship with external auditors Managing a team of 3 staff
