Overview
A full time position is being offered by a leading name in food production. The Role; Responsible for organising and providing adequate quality control cover for all areas of the company through QC’ on the production floors and that all current legislation, all systems and procedures are adhered to. Ensure flexibility in approach to working hours Investigating customer complaints and to respond in writing giving ways in which preventive measures schedule are available to QC’s on regular basis Ensure that micro sampling is done as per the schedule for both the locations Ensure all process control sheets are up to date and QAS sheets are available on site Ensure that all calibration of instruments are done on regular basis and records maintained Responsible for maintenance of stock of swabs and chemicals required for daily use Ensure the workings of the temperature monitoring system; report and record any discrepancies or faults to the appropriate department head. An active member of the HACCP team.Conduct GMP audits, Hygiene audits, traceability audits, Glass and Plastic audits If you feel you have the right skills for the job, please forward your current CV at your earliest convenience.
