Overview
The Company Our client is a market leader in the plant sector. Due to growth they are looking to recruit a Fleet Controller. The Role Always handle the fleet log and guarantee its accuracy. Monitor and update database. Ensure the standards of accreditation are met and adhere to. Collating of all relevant transport, mileage and fuel usage data. Be involved in purchase of new vehicles. Liaise with suppliers in relation to vehicle renewals and resell. Ensure all vehicle accidents are accurately recorded and investigated with claim forms submitted. Management of company fuel card administration. Dealing with MOT’s, repair and services, and all vehicle tax related duties. Internal reporting of vehicle usage and KPIs. The Person Must have experience of fleet coordination and planning. Plant hire background. Demonstrable experience in fleet administration. Strong communication skills. Excellent IT skills, being proficient with applications such as MS Office. Full UK Driving Licence.
