Overview
LEAN and Performance Co-ordinator Location: Peterborough or Guildford (Flexible) Car driver required as this role involves travel to various sites This is a new exciting role – the LEAN and Performance Co-Ordinator will be r esponsible for assisting and proactively managing improved performance at site level (Heavy Industrial, Manufacturing or Construction experience is highly desirable). You will currently be a Lean practitioner (or similar role) and support with facilitation to drive performance and improve the overall engagement of the site realising efficiencies. The LEAN and Performance Co-Ordinator will also help and facilitate the coordination of the Highways England Lean Maturity Assessment both internally and across the Highways Supply Chain. Assist in preparation of the quarterly Key Performance Indicators. Visual Management will be facilitated by yourself making performance visible. You will assist and eventually lead continuous improvement of day to day activities which will include setting objectives among the teams within safety, cost, time, quality, communications, sustainability, customer and stakeholders and environmental.
