Overview
Supply Chain Professional; based at Samlesbury; 6 month contract; £14.38 per hour We currently have a vacancy available for a Supply Chain Professional to work for a defence client based at BAE Systems. As a Supply Chain Professional you will be part of the Combat Air Ground Service LOA7 Team which provides support to the Tornado and ground based systems in Saudi Arabia. Duties will involve; - Compilation and analysis of reports using data from MRP systems and Microsoft Excel - Progression of orders to ensure that they are delivered in accordance with the customer schedules, working with all areas of the supply chain to include Wincanton, Procurement and the Joint Logistics team based in Saudi Arabia - Support to the team in managing their order books. The successful appplicant will have excellent analytical skills especially in Microsoft Excel. A background in supply chain is preferred. To be successful in this role we are looking for an adaptable candidate who is both trustworthy and driven. You will show excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You will come across approachable to other team members Morson is acting as an employment business in relation to this role.
