As a Car Buying Expert Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting our branch colleagues through the purchase process of our customer’s vehicles, to ensure ongoing high standards and customer satisfaction is delivered, as well as managing a team of experts in their daily duties, monitoring results and driving a high performance culture. Do you have a customer service, sales or purchasing background within the motor trade? Experience in managing, motivating, training and developing a team? An exceptional telephone manner? Ability to make commercial decisions in line with customer and business expectations? Passion for working in a fast paced and demanding environment?
