Are you an automation tester, who is sick of boring work? Would you like to work with an interesting tech start up in Edinburgh? Then read on this may be the role for you. We are working with a client who is building a platform (built on blockchain) to streamline the aviation maintenance and aviation asset management register and more. Its an exciting to join, what the company requires is automation testers who are passionate about automation and are keen to learn new skills and work with cutting edge technology. Tasks include: Generating functional, system and regression test cases and procedures Test execution at integration and system test levels Adding acceptance tests to our existing Test Automation framework Partake in review sessions including code reviews Creating and maintaining test data and environment permutations Effectively logging, monitoring and retesting all defects found during testing Build up our test coverage as our CI/CD pipeline scales to support our ever-growing product integrations Key Skills Automation testing (Selenium, Appium, cucumber, QCP, Java, Docker, Jenkins) You don’t need any specific automation test tools, my client is happy to cross train for the right individuals as long as you are skilled in one front end automation tool and frameworks.
