Teacher of Geography, Hammersmith and Fulham- Sept 2020 • Start date: September 2020 • Contract type: Part Time & Permanent • Salary: £30,000-£40,000 based on experience • Suitable for NQTs My client school is a school that values diversity and individual contribution; supporting and encouraging staff to pursue their interests and achieve their ambitions. If you are an inspiring and enthusiastic teacher looking for the opportunity to work in a successful and flourishing department, then we would like to hear from you The school- UK Trained Geography Teacher The Geography department is well resourced, having the use of four well-equipped classrooms with data projectors (three of which have interactive capability) and programmes on planet e-stream. They have a Creative Learning Centre which contains a set of Chromebooks. There are eight geography teachers in the department, forming an experienced, well-organised and friendly team. There will be opportunities for the successful candidate to contribute to the wider running of the department depending on his or her interests and strengths. Job Role & Person Specification This position would be well suited to a well-qualified UK Trained Geography Teacher, who is beginning their career or looking to progress in their CPD, and is willing to contribute to the Humanities department, work collaboratively and become a valued member of the team.
