Our client are a prestigious and award-winning law firm who have an opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their well-established and successful team in Spalding. You will gain in-depth and hands-on exposure to Court of Protection matters, including working closely on deputyships. You will have the chance to manage the day to day running of the files, including managing client's finances and investments, as well as helping with health and welfare matters. Due to the nature of the client base, it is essential that you have fantastic client care skills and the necessary emotional intelligence.
