Salary: £24,500 - £31,500 (Band 5), £33,000 - £39,000 (Band 6) Role: Registered Nurse (UK) Location: Borough of Reigate and Banstead, Surrey My client is a well-respected, research centre and specialist facility, providing care for adults with acute and complex respiratory conditions. They provide specialist care, therapies and innovative technologies to meet the complex needs of their patients who need around the clock care. You will be working in a 20-bed centre with a 1:2 (Nurse to Patient) ratio to ensure an outstanding service to patients. They are currently investing in and strengthening their nursing team and are currently recruiting for: Registered Nurse - Band 5 - will look at applications from Newly Registered Nurses Registered Nurse - Band 6 - must have ICU and respiratory experience Band 5 - Working within the Centre you benefit from learning how to care for patients requiring NIV, Tracheostomy, blood gas analysis, cough assist and specialist physiotherapy respiratory rehabilitation weaning. There is a real emphasis on staff development and training. You will be encouraged to develop your technical and managerial skillset and push your career forwards into the numerous pathways on offer. In fact you will be training from day 1 as you embark on their 4 week supervised induction training.
