Machine Operator

Cordant People are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to work for one of our clients in Bridgwater. As a Machine Operator, you will be a part of a growing team, get to work with all sorts of people across the company. The role: Preparing the baseline for production Cleaning the baseline between production Weighing, measuring and labelling finished products and locating accurately to storage point Working as part of a team to produce quality products Quality checking all products The role will be in a fast-paced environment, working in a team to meet targets. What we are looking for: We are looking for hard working, self-motivated people who can work at a fast pace. Someone who can be relied upon to turn up to work every day and be on time A team player who will work to increase productivity. Ability to absorb and apply new job- related information Someone with accuracy and who can put quality into their work This is a temporary to permanent full time position starting immediately. Working hours for this role are 4 on, 4 off, 2 days, 2 nights, 7am - 7pm, 7pm-7am. Starting pay will be £10.34 per hour with the opportunity to rise to £12.35 per hour.
