Overview
The Company Exciting opportunity with an excellent digital agency based in Newcastle. My client works with a number of global brands building new solutions as well as supporting existing software, adding new functionality and features/ The Role You will be joining a multi-discipline team working on the full development lifecycle building solutions in PHP, Java, Python and Javascript. The development team follow SOLID design principles, building cloud based services using AWS and Kubernetes, front-end frameworks including Vue.js, React and vanilla Javascript and PHP in Symfony and Laravel. You will work on a wide variety of development projects. New solution design and development, building new feature and functionality onto existing platforms and migration projects such as moving from monolith to microservices. The Person Candidates will need to have strong technical skills but don't need to have experience of all of the latest processes or technologies. You should be comfortable working with PHP, using frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel, along with good Javascript knowledge. Ideally candidates will have experience including working with an agile team knowledge of object-orientated design and design patterns experience of automated testing exposure to CI/CD pipelines The company work on a wide variety of projects, building long term relationships with their customers so the quality of their work is vital to ensure they win repeat business. The role will come with salary of up to £45,000 and is dependent on experience.
