Overview
Currently looking for a Customer Success Advisor to join a well-established, yet small Luxury Furniture company based in Feltham You will be pulled a lot of different directions which will include, handling customer enquiries, showing customers around the showroom, upselling products and processing customer orders using their CRM system - HubSpot You must be confident pushing sales when speaking with customers, and be tech savvy You will not be required to make cold calls. They prefer a soft approach such as upselling and helping customers make informed decisions on their purchases, Hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5 and you would be required to work occasional Saturdays, based on Appointment only. The basic salary is paying up to £25k per annum, depending on experience. Bonus will be available to earn based on sales activity Looking to interview on Monday and Tuesday.
