In-House Tax Manager - Manchester Up to £45,000 Car Allowance Are you ready to make your first or second move in-house? Do you specialise in corporate tax? Want to step into a broader role? A leading FMCG business are currently seeking a qualified Tax Manager to join lead a team of 2 in their Manchester head office. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a varied role with an international scope. Why this company? Bonus Car allowance Flexible working Health care As Tax Manager you will be responsible for; Preparation of UK corporate tax returns and management of submission of overseas tax returns Undertake tax planning to ensure tax assets are optimised Undertake country by country reporting Transfer pricing calculations Tax reporting and accounting for the UK Group, undertaking annual review of deferred tax assets Undertake risk-based reviews of compliance and accounting processes to ensure returns are correct Review of monthly VAT, EC Sales List and Intrastat returns Review PAYE Settlement Agreement calculations prior to submission Conduct 121's, provide feedback on performance and set annual objectives What will you need to succeed? Strong understanding of UK corporation tax Knowledge of VAT and PAYE an advantage ACA/CTA qualification 2 years PQE What do employees say?
