Registered Fostering Manager - IFA £50,000 - £55,000 (DOE) Leeds, Yorkshire Compass Associates are happy to announce that we are working closely with a growing UK based fostering agency with plans for development. We are assisting them with their search for a compassionate and progressive registered fostering manager with previous management experience in a similar environment. They must also have a passion for providing an exceptional level of service and have extensive level of experience in order to satisfy Ofsted. Requirements Proven Knowledge of Ofsted, National Minimum Standards for Fostering services and Fostering Services Regulation Full driving licence Awareness of current issues in child care policy and practice Strong leadership skills to implement the vision and strategy of the agency Location The head office will be situated in Leeds. However travel is required across Yorkshire and the North East.
