Purchase Ledger Clerk - Colwyn Bay - £18-22k Your new company You will be working for a national organisation that are well-respected in their industry and are looking to grow their Finance team by adding a Purchase Ledger Clerk. Your new role Reporting in to the Finance Manager of the business, you will be tasked with processing payments, raising purchase orders and processing supplier invoices. The invoice processing will be the main task of the role; therefore, it would be beneficial if you have done this previously. You will process payment runs, checking that all information and data is correct. You will reconcile the bank on a weekly and monthly basis and will deal with any supplier queries that might arise. What you'll need to succeed You should have experience of working in a varied finance role, ideally which includes experience of purchase ledger and processing a high volume of invoices. You will have a confident approach and will have a strong attention to detail. It is important that you are an approachable individual and have the ability to build internal relationships, with this being a vital part of the role. The organisation uses Sage, so any experience of using this software would be beneficial.
