Time & Attendance Manager in Warrington - Up to £35k p/a DOE Your new company My client, based in Warrington, is currently seeking a Time & Attendance Manager to join and manage their small friendly team utilising their T&A experience. Your new role This is an exciting and challenging role for somebody who is looking to utilise their T&A experience, overseeing a small team that process a high-volume of Time and Attendance reports for permanent and agency staff in one of the UKs largest warehouses. Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Daily monitoring of attendance and missed clock in and out, dealing with employee queries, reporting information daily to the finance team and Analyse system data highlighting any issues and advising of solutions. What you'll need to succeed You will have previous experience in a T&A position in order to instantly add value to the team. Experience with Kronos would be advantageous but not necessary. You will be a good communicator in order to effectively manage the team with a good knowledge and understanding of the payroll process. Your positive approach to work accompanied with your excellent attention to detail will make you an invaluable member of the team.
