This is a great new opportunity with a highly successful and good sized Whole of market Mortgage Brokerage based in prestigious the heart of London. You will be responsible for assisting a number of successful Mortgage Advisers, focusing on pure protection case handling in association with their mortgage arrangements. Applicants will need to be professional and comfortable dealing with protection clients and Introducers. Responsibilities: Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status and pro-actively progress protection applications through to completion. The role offers an extremely competitive basic salary and good prospects for your long term future. Skills & Experience Required: 1 years protection administration experience desired. Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently. Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral. Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
