Registered Manager (Complex Home Care) Cavalry Healthcare are looking for an exceptional CQC Registered Care Manager to join our team in Merseyside . We are a Nurse-led company, passionate about delivering outstanding care, and we’re looking for someone who shares our values, who will be responsible for the growth and development of our new Complex Home Care service. Visiting our existing clients and building really strong relationships. Visiting new clients and growing the business within your area by converting new enquiries. Ensuring that the service goes above and beyond to support people to live their lives to the fullest. Care planning and conducting risk assessments. Ensuring compliance to legal and regulatory requirements, and gathering evidence to pursue a CQC 'Outstanding’ rating. Managing a team, ensuring that we are delivering a reliably outstanding service to our clients. Having access to the latest in care technology to support outstanding care delivery. The ideal candidate would: Have excellent customer service and management skills Have extensive care knowledge and be passionate about delivering quality care Have a good sense of commercial awareness Be able to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets Be a great communicator and an inspiring leader. Be methodical and great at organization and planning. Be able to work well under pressure. Be flexible to meet the demands of the business including management and organisation of the on-call rota Be a driver with access to a vehicle. Qualifications: Experience as a Registered Care Manager or a Deputy Care Management Position NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, Health & Social Care Degrees, Registered Nurse or other equivalent qualifications Closing Date for applications: Thursday 5th March, 5pm
