Role Overview As a 2nd Line Desktop Engineer you will be working with the existing onsite team supporting our client and their external events on an ad hoc basis. You will also be responsible for resolving incidents assigned to the onsite team via the Service Desk Tool - ServiceNow and liaise with the 1st line and 3rd line teams to improve documentation, and overall end user experience and escalations. Responsibilities: General desk side support of users Process focused Excellent technical ability in one or more key virtual team areas Very good technical understanding of current leading technologies, suppliers and industry terminology Solid customer relations skills to understand client/client representatives concerns and requirements Ability to work well within team, supporting other team members Skills/Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office Suite, 2013, 2016, 0365 Customer First Behaviour Ability to audit machines from a customer perspective and if needed explain how new machines differ or function compared with old system Process-focused Excellent technical ability in one or more key virtual team areas
