Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Estimator/ Estimator to join our client's company. As an Estimator you will carry out all aspects of the measuring and costing of new and on-going projects. The successful candidate will produce take-off quantities from construction documents, including drawings; bill of quantities using data gained from take-off. Additionally, you will work within the bid team throughout the entire bidding process to enable the Company to secure design and build projects and prepare Furthermore, the Estimator will liaise closely with Commercial/ Business Development and maintain a clear view of the Company's business development objectives. In addition, you will have extensive knowledge of construction means and methods and costs principles. Finally, the successful candidate will ensure continuous improvement by working to the highest standards; maintaining and continually improving our service to clients.
