Financial Accountant

Are you an experienced Financial Accountant? Would you like to work for a large Group that is growing through acquisition? This Financial Accountant role will report to the Senior Manager, support with all aspects of external reporting and financial accounting. You will prepare Group annual reports and financial statements for subsidiaries, review tax computations, reconcile balance sheet and manage asset reports. The main duties of this role will include: Preparation of external reporting Review and completion of accounts Assisting with tax and VAT submissions Monthly and weekly reporting on cash flow and journals The ideal candidate for this role will have exposure in a similar role and be keen to work in a multi-site reporting environment. Experience with Audit is desirable, as this will form some aspects of the role. Essential characteristics include being a strong communicator, driven, highly organised and proactive.
