Recruitment Consultant - Pharma/Healthcare Sales Recruitment The Role A fantastic opportunity to take over an established desk recruiting within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sales recruitment market. This is a 360 degree consultant role but you will inherit an established desk with a big database of candidates, and repeat clients. You'll be focusing mainly on permanent recruitment at mid to senior level. This is a warm desk with existing clients and candidates but requires a motivated consultant who is prepared to leverage these, make their mark and further develop relationships. Some knowledge of pharma would be advantageous but by no means essential. You will be tenacious, quality led and keen to develop long lasting relationships. You will be keen to work in a positive team environment with like minded people.
