Company Description: uTest, by Applause, is a company that helps businesses test the accuracy and usability of their websites, applications, and hardware through freelance software testing and feedback. In simpler words, you can get paid to help us shape the digital landscape Once you created your uTest profile, you will frequently receive invitations to paid testing projects. Job Description: We are looking to recruit people from the UK to participate in a long-term project in which you will have to test a voice-controlled device. You are supposed to follow a script and read it aloud while your voice is recorded. The project will last approximately 6 weeks and you will receive tasks for each week. For the duration of the project, we guarantee a high payout. Job Requirements and Tasks: Participants will need to have one of the following British accents to test a new voice assistant device (East Anglia, East Midlands, Glasgow, Highlands, Liverpool, London, Lowlands, Manchester, North East, Northern Irish, North West, South East, South West, Welsh, West Midlands, Yorkshire). Complete a list of directions and scripts that you are supposed to follow. You are ought to also complete a Usability (UX) survey in the end and report any bugs if you find any. For this project, you need to be a part of the Windows Insider program. The Windows Insider Program is an initiative program where you can install the latest Beta version of Windows 10.
