Overview

Position: Office Administrator Location: Central London Salary: £10 - £12 per hour Our client looking for a professional, experienced and reliable receptionist/ administrator to manage the company's reception desk and provide support to visitors, employees and departments. Administrator will be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensure that all visitors sign in safely and are aware of any health and safety requirements for the site, keep the reception area tidy, take inbound calls for all members of staff and transfer these on to the relevant contacts, book meeting rooms, typing out of various documents, sending out and receiving of post. This is a busy role where you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of client problems and help to resolve them.
