Emergency Helpline Coordinator - Portsmouth (To Start in March) Are you looking to start a new careeer in a well established business? If so, this vacancy could be the right one for you Our client is looking for an Emergency Helpline Coordinator to join their team on a full time basis to start in March. Duties include but are not limited to: Being the first point of contact for customers Diagnosing emergencies and allocating to the correct team to deal with the issue Communicating effectively with customers over the phone The ideal candidate: You must have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to retrieve information in sometimes complex situations You must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Must be computer literate, with good organisational skills Able to work well in a team but also use own initiative to work independently too Shifts: The team work two different shift patterns which will alternate, early shift will be 09:00 - 17:00, late shift will be 10:00 - 1800. On the early shift every 4th week you will perform a Saturday shift which is 09:00 - 14:30, you will receive a 'floating' rest day in the week when you perform the Saturday shift.
