We are looking for a certified Salesforce Administrator to work with a national company from its office in North Wales. Located close to the A55 the site is easily commutable from the North West, and if you are further afield we highly recommend the delights of North Wales living The main purpose of this job is to work as part of the Salesforce support team to ensure the organisation is making full use of the features and benefits of the system in a way that fits with the different user groups' needs. In the Salesforce Administrator job you will be: Proactively seeking and finding required system changes Gathering feedback and requirements from users Maintaining consistent access for users while managing system changes Roll out system changes to users so they understand and know how to use it prior to implementation Conducting training workshops for users To land this Salesforce Administrator job you will need: Previous experience in a Salesforce Administrator role To be ADM 201 certified A broad understanding of how CRM systems can be used to support the success of the business Proven experience of working with database systems in a business environment Experience of managing and driving change related to data base systems with positive results Experience analysing business systems and of identifying any improvements that could be made Experience of providing organisation wide support for a CRM system Experience of running training workshops Eligibility to work in the UK A Degree/HND in an IT field is desirable This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours/week with occasional on call rota based on business requirements. A salary of £30000/year is on offer and may be negotiable dependant on your particular skills and experience.
