Overview

Salary: £24,000 basic £2,500 OTE Job Type: Permanent Location Field based in the Midlands Working hours: 40 hours a week on a rolling rota between Monday - Saturday. You need to be flexible between 8am - 7pm (40 hours a week). You will get Sundays off and one other day in the week. You will be provided with detailed shift pattern once you have started. Benefits: You will receive a Van for work which comes with a tracker. You will not be able to use this vehicle for personal use. It will come fully equipped with tools and a fuel card. In this role, you will be going to customer homes to install TV, broadband and phone connections for new and existing customers. You will be visiting customers who are experiencing a fault/problem with their services. This means you will be fault finding and troubleshooting to find any errors with the product. If the product needs to be replaced, you will be making sure it works properly before moving on to your next appointment. You will be using your knowledge of the products to effectively install the customer's order as efficiently as possible. Customer service is key so you must be easy to engage with and have a passion for helping customers. No experience is needed as full training will be given. Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence Ability to climb 2 meters on a ladder No criminal convictions Friendly personality Training: Your training will last for 4 weeks. You will learn all parts of how to do installation and also how to overcome certain situations you will face when on the job. This includes both classroom and on the job training with a current engineer (If you are required to stay away, your hotel and travel expenses will be paid for).
