At the bottom of this role advert, you’ll find more information on why you’ll enjoy working with us… Job Description We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to work in our post room; you will provide key administration support to Link Mortgage Services. Based within a small Facilities team in our Ipswich office, your main responsibilities will include: • Opening, sorting, preparing and scanning of the post • Indexing the scanned post and faxes • Ensuring post to be sent out by DX is ready for collection by DX on time • Deconstructing new files received for scanning and reconstituting them after scanning, where necessary • Deconstructing old files received for back scanning and reconstituting them after scanning, where necessary • Retrieval of original documentation • Logging of all cheques received • Assisting with desk moves • Ensuring the office is tidy and all Facilities are in good working order • Reception cover 2 hours a day and cover when the Receptionist is absent Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following key attributes: • Good organisation skills • Ability to work as an effective team member - be cooperative, and supportive • High degree of accuracy • Ability to organise workload to meet deadlines • Ability and willingness to see task through to completion • Basic computer skills Additional Information Link Group’s purpose statement 'Together we achieve’ reflects how much we value working together: with each other; with our clients; and with third parties, to help everyone achieve success - both personal and professional We have an on-going commitment to career progression, training and education as well as a competitive compensation and benefits package that under pins this.
