Overview
Your new firm This national law firm, based in the North West, is recognised as a leading firm in the insurance sector. They won several high-profile employer awards last year. Due to an increasing number of instructions, a permanent paralegal is needed to join the dedicated fraud team in the Greater Manchester office. Your new role This role is based in the fraud business unit and will involve working on enforcement files on behalf of a wide range of insurance clients. As a key member of the enforcements team, you will be trusted with instructing and liaising with counsel, drafting enforcement documents, assisting the file handlers and carrying out asset checks as well as preparing reports. This is an all-round position with a focus on supporting the file handlers and contributing to the team's overall productivity.
