Overview
Angular JS / HTML / Javascript Full Stack Developer - Remote / Home Working We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic web application developer with strong experience building complex front-end applications using AngularJS. You will be working within a professional software development team primarily focused on developing enterprise scale applications for use by our local government. Main Responsibilities: Work in an Agile team environment with product experts, business analysts, testers and other similarly skilled engineers, to deliver web application solutions using AngularJS. Undertake software analysis, design, development, and unit testing. General Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or MS in Web Development or equivalent Hands-on, demonstrable experience developing web applications using AngularJS Essential Experience: AngularJS v6 or higher HTML5 / CSS / Sass / JavaScript Desirable Experience: Source control tools (e.g. GIT, SVN, PVCS) Agile development tooling (e.g. Jira) Continuous integration and testing (e.g. Jenkins, Hudson, BuildBot etc.) Prior experience using open source technologies BDD Experience (Cucumber / Selenium) Personal Skills & Attributes: Prior experience of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) Enthusiastic and pro-active approach to software development A good level of understanding in analysis, design and development principles and processes Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Interpersonal and communication skills Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU. Documentary evidence will be required. All offers are subject to satisfactory vetting and reference checks. Depending on the nature of the role a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check may also be required.
