What you’ll be doing We are looking for people who are enthusiastic and committed to providing excellent services to residents whilst helping to maintain our properties to the highest standard. We're looking for a motivated individual to help deliver our excellent estate cleaning service to residents in schemes throughout the Kent region. Your duties will include: Sweeping Vacuuming Mopping floors Dusting / polishing / damp wiping Cobweb removal • Low level internal window cleaning External litter picking Reporting fly tipping and any repairs you come across whilst cleaning blocks and schemes across the Kent region. You'll work with a range of residents and colleagues, so a positive approach to team working is essential. You’ll have access to a company manual driven vehicle so will need a full UK driving licence . This post will need a DBS check. What’s in it for you?
