Overview
Mac Support Engineer Newcastle - Salary £30K - £35K ACM Resourcing are currently working in partnership with one of the UK's leading Apple certified MSP's who are going through an aggressive recruitment drive to continue their businesses success across the Apple market. The position you will provide onsite and remote IT support to our business clients and will be responsible for maintain the design and support of customer’s IT systems and implementing complex project in predominantly Mac environment. The ideal candidate will have experience of working for a Managed Service Provider or a similar customer support role to help understand how the business works and deals with client technical issues. KEY SKILLS: MacOS server experience: Profile Manager, File Sharing, Open Directory Knowledge of MDM Solutions - JAMF/Intune/Meraki Support Cloud Server: Domain & DNS management, Office 365, AWS Engineer and implement system solutions for customers Great interpersonal communication skills Fluent spoken and written English Ability to independently solve technical issues ACM Resourcing are a leading Mac IT recruitment company work on various positions in the market please don't hesitate to get in touch with me for a confidential chat about how we can secure your next position.
