Are you a registered, Surrey-based educational Support Worker looking for a new opportunity helping to improve the lives of children and young people with epilepsy and similar conditions in an educational, residential environment? A leading national charity is looking for a Support Workers in the Lingfield, Surrey area. You'll work flexible hours through the week, evenings and weekends and earn a competitive hourly rate with the opportunity to enrol into a company benefit scheme. Your Support Worker role: ? Contribute to the students' educational, social and development curriculum and participate in its delivery as a member of a co-ordinator team. ? Provide a continuity and consistency of support to the students to enable their progression in educational, social, therapy or developmental programmes. ? Teamwork in creating a caring, safe and acceptable atmosphere to ensure students grow in independence. ? Assist with all aspects of personal care and daily living skills in accordance with individual support needs. The successful applicant will be required to complete level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with two years of employment.
