Overview

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Digital - Market Disrupter Birmingham - £70,000-75,000 We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who is keen to develop their career within a growing digital business that is disrupting its market in a big way. You will join a small team that combines software and systems engineering to build and run large scale, distributed, fault-tolerant systems deployed to Microsoft Azure. This position offers the chance to work for a company who are investing heavily within their digital strategy and offer training plans for you to learn new technologies and skills. All the applications are hosted within Azure and they currently use Grafana/InfluxDB for monitoring. Ideally you will come from a development background with C#/.Net but other languages will be considered. The successful Site Reliability Engineer will have oversight of how systems relate to each other; limit time spent on operational tasks; automate wherever possible; carryout blameless post-mortems and proactively identify potential outages, continually iterating to make improvements.
