Performance Solution Architect Location: Cannock Salary: up to £50K p.a. DOE Benefits Our Clients are looking to employ an experienced Performance Solutions Architect with product and technical knowledge of digital technology and software solutions in the Civil Engineering, Construction, Surveying and Geospatial industries. The position of Performance Solutions Architect is responsible for building the bridge between technology and the business, directly accountable for customer and market success of customer facing solutions, services and products, designing, describing and managing the solution engineering in relation to specific business problems. Main duties of the Performance Solutions Architect Responsible for the design of applications or services and must have a balanced mix of technical and business skills, working with other technology teams across the company Explain complex problem in laymen's terms. Finding ways to say the same thing using different words for different types of audiences, with an excellent understanding of business processes in order to create an integrated vision of a usable product. Develop customer facing programs that use the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) to support achieving annual sales objectives and market share results by working in conjunction with the Regional Performance Solutions Team. This will include solution planning and executing customer trials as part of solution and service mobilisation. Supporting the sales organisation through in-depth product knowledge, application guidance and competitive solution positioning. You will be required to work collaboratively with both internal groups, as well as Partner technology teams in support of commercial marketing, product training and new product introductions (NPI). A key part of the role will also be the nurturing of existing technology supplier relationships and the search for new partnerships that broaden the customer solution portfolio. Participate in industry association events and Caterpillar & Trimble dealer advisory groups to support Performance Solutions capability. In order to be considered for the role you will need: Experience of Product management and requirements, solution definition of technology products and services Product and technical knowledge of digital technology and software solutions in the Civil Engineering, Construction, Surveying and Geospatial industries Experience in B2B customer engagement and technology roll-outs Technical Product manager experience in a relatable field. You will have a customer centric approach to the business. Excellent communication skills in person and across remote locations Commercial, business insight and analytical abilities. Highly motivated, confident in working independently, critical thinking and the ability to deliver on a plan. Leadership, coaching, mentoring and influencing skills.
