Overview
The successful candidate will join one of our five customer service teams. You will need to be proficient in handling a variety of customer contacts including orders, enquiries and digital support, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service within defined service levels. This is a full time role (35 hours per week) working Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 18:00 hours to be agreed About you We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering great customer service Enjoys working in a fast paced environment Is comfortable talking to people over the phone, with the ability to easily build rapport with customers and internal colleagues Has a positive attitude and an aptitude to learning systems and processes quickly Is self-motivated, confident and organised The successful candidate will join one of our five customer service teams.
