Position: Registered Home Manager Salary: DOE Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday Location: Aberdeen, Scotland At Renaissance Care we are constantly striving to offer the best possible care to the people we support. We are looking for a talented, passionate and experienced Registered Care Home Manager who is committed to providing stability, while driving positive change to lead our teams In our view the role of Registered Home Manager is pivotal to the successful operation of our business. You must have a proven track record in home management and be able to demonstrate your drive and commitment to delivering on positive outcomes for the people we support. You will need to build and maintain excellent relationships with governing bodies, contractors, staff, people we support and their families. As an experienced health professional, you will have responsibility for the day to day running of one of our homes, ensuring that our own and regulatory standards of care are delivered to the highest quality. You will also require to possess good commercial awareness as you will have responsibility for the home’s budget and ensuring its financial viability. The successful applicant will have a recognised nursing qualification who has or is willing to work towards a recognised management qualification. A competitive package will be offered to the right candidate commensurate with their experience.
