Care Co-Ordinator - Salary: £18 000 - £21 000 p/year Location: Leeds - you will need access to car, driving license and flexibility Hours: Full time Our clients are seeking a ‘hands on’ individual responsible for maintaining continuity of care to clients for fast paced Domiciliary Care Provider. Our client is recruiting for a Care Coordinator for our clients. Key Requirements: Applicants will only be considered if you can demonstrate the following: · The ability to build and develop key relationships with a range of stakeholders · Effective verbal and written communication skills · The ability to influence and lead when required · An understanding of commercial awareness · The capacity to work under pressure · Health and Social Care level 3 Roles and responsibilities will include: Working with the management team to promote the growth of the business and be flexible to explore new areas. · Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential customers. · To ensure all Clients visits are always covered. · To participate in the Out of Hours rota. · To provide quality assurance information to the Care Manager.
