Foster Carer Aim - Offer the highest standard of care and opportunities to children and young people Foster Carer Requirements: • A satisfactory enhanced DBS check & Health Check • Hold a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous • Stage 1 criteria • Applicant and partner (if applicable) are over 21 years of age. • You have a spare room in which a foster child would solely occupy as a bedroom. • Stage 2 Criteria – If you answer ‘Yes’ to all of the above we then undertake a phone call assessment. If this is positive a home visit will be arranged. If this is positive you will be requested to complete an application form.
