We are looking for a vibrant and engaging Care Manager (Homecare) in the Epping area of Essex. It is essential that you have experience in the homecare sector and ideally at a Supervisory level. Care Manager – Job Description This is a newly created role and will pivotal in ensuring the quality of care is at the highest possible standards at all times as well as cascading the values of the service. The role will include: · Visiting new referrals, introducing the service & getting an understanding of their needs. · Writing detailed personalised care plans around the client’s needs & requests. · Maintaining quality assurance and good customer service. · Conducting regular reviews. · Marketing & networking. · Participating in the on-call rota, 1 weekend in 4.
