Our service will support people with a wide range of conditions from neurological, progressive diseases, muscular skeletal, frail elderly and intermediate care through a programme of reactivation rehabilitation and we are looking for a senior nurse leader with extensive experience in stroke rehabilitation. If you share our passion for rehabilitation - this progressive new rehabilitation team needs you Person Specification: The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse Level 1 and hold a recognised post graduate qualification in a relevant field, together with post registration experience at ward manager/sister/charge nurse (NHS band 7 equivalent) level in medical or rehabilitation nursing, with a true desire to work in this field.
