Overview

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Part Time Training Administrator/Coordinator on a long term temporary basis for their client based within close proximity to the city centre. Working up to 22.5 hours per week. The client offers onsite parking, friendly working environment, within walking distance to local amenities and close to local transport links. Responsibilities: - Being a first point of contact for any general enquiries - Booking staff onto particular training programs - Ensuring all documentation / ID is fully up to date - Sending all relevant course training information out - Supporting with general administration duties - Support the HR team with any administrative tasks - Ensuring all internal database is fully up to date with any relevant information The role requires someone who has good Microsoft office skills and excellent communications skills. Salary: £17,212 (pro rata down to 22.5 hours per week) Working hours: 22.5 hours - Hours/days can be flexible
