Overview
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Coordinator for my client based in Sheffield. The role forms part of a dedicated Customer Service Team and is offered on a temporary basis. Main Responsibilities Investigating customer complaints and account history Ensure all correspondence is dealt with in a timely response Weekly updates Administration duties Contacting customers Analysing trends Producing monthly reports Applicants must have the following experience Experience of working within a customer service role Have a professional telephone manner Reliable Adaptable Strong written and verbal communication skills
